Cedric is a bit of a clown.  He treats life as a "bowl of cherries".  He has a mild case of Cerebellar Hypoplasia so is marked as 'special needs", but it just means he's a little wobbly and will lose his balance and fall over at times.  A house with one level and no stairs would be best, but other than that Cedric needs no special care.   He has no idea he is different from other kitties and is playful, loving and affectionate.
