Payroll and his siblings (Excise, Income & Sales) were born on Tax Day (April 15, 2018).  Payroll is somewhat laid back but loves to play with kitty toys or wrestle with his siblings.  He’s also not opposed to being scooped up and kissed on occasion.

Since Sheltering Hands home delivers each adopted cat, all adopters must live in the North Central Florida area.  Thank you for understanding.
