Phoebe is a Torti with a bold red blaze down her face, and her right ear is orange, her tail is kinked.  She is very outgoing and playful, has more energy than most kittens. She loves to play with  mice toys and loves to chase petty much anything that moves.  Plays very well with all her siblings and is super sweet and friendly.  She talks (chirdle) to you. She loves kisses and attention, easy to get along with and really wants to be with you. Loves running in the house and being in charge.
