Elliot is a smart and playful cat.  He loves to play with water.  Yes, we are sure he is a cat.   Elliot is looking for a forever home that has spaces for him to run and play.  He is fine with other cats and likes having a playmate.  

Since Sheltering Hands home delivers each adopted cat, all adopters must live in the North Central Florida area.  Thank you for understanding.
