Bert also known as Bernie is a very loving cat who loves to be carried, wants to be a lap cat and needs attention. He loves to sleep in bed with his human and loves snuggles. He is pretty laid back and loves snuggling and watching tv more than anything else. His ideal home would be somewhere where the human is home more than not and he has a friend. Bert gets along with other cats and was fine with older dogs in his foster home. He is well behaved at the vet and doesn't seem to mind getting his vaccines and is good about taking meds. He is more dog-like than cat-like.  Volunteer Update:  This kitty is an absolute doll.  He's active and likes a lot of attention, but when he curls up on your lap and relaxes, it's a great experience. Bert loves to cuddle. Since Sheltering Hands home delivers each adopted cat, all adopters must live in the North Central Florida area.  Thank you for understanding.
