Hi I'm Pepper.  I wear my heart on my sleeve literally.   I am more nervous than my siblings.  I just need a little time to scope out my surroundings Volunteer Update:  Pepper requires an experienced cat owner who is willing and able to give her whatever amount of time she needs to adjust.
