I am Fiona the beautiful princess, not the ugly ogre. I was pretty scared when I arrived at Sheltering Hands. There were lots of strange sounds, people and cats, it really frightened me, so I put on my Ogre face. Then one day Alex, a big strong handsome guy came to the shelter and rescued me. He was my protector, my guide and my best friend. He made me trust people again and other cats too.  I am still a little shy but I've shed my ogre face for a beautiful Fiona face, my true self. Alex is by my side for comfort, we are going to get adopted together by that special person, you know who you are, someone who is willing to take two lost souls and give us hope, love and a home to call our own.  I do however turn shrek green when I see a dog, so I simply cannot go to a home that has one.  Dogs are gross! Feather toys, playing with me, snuggles and Alex are not gross! Just my cat opinion.
