Hi I'm Victor, I'm the instigator among my siblings.  I lead the pack and am the first to explore every new situation.  That being said I'm a very friendly cuddly guy who loves pets and attention once I am done exploring new challenges. Foster Update:  The foster for Victor and his brother Newman say they are "perfect" kitties.  He's incredibly friendly, may swap to tell you he's there. He can be rough and tumble when he's playing.
