Hi,  My name is Confetti.  I am a very happy and funny kitty.   I was found at an RV park and they called Sheltering Hands saying they had a tiny kitty that needed help.   They were expecting a bottle baby and got me instead.   I purr up a storm as long as my stomach is full.  I  am an expert biscuit maker and will give you a massage.   Pick me and you won't be disappointed.
