FA LA LA .    I am Shantel! My name is of French origin and means " to sing" I would sing for you every day if you adopted me.   A very nice person found me outside and knew that Sheltering Hands could help me find what I truly desire: a home, companionship, and love. Ok,Ok - treats and lots of attention too.  I am told that I am a beautiful blue and white kitty. I pride myself on my sleek coat and my stunning appearance.  I've survived on my own for the last year, which was tough for me, but now I feel like I've got it made.
