Howdy y’all, I’m Rusty! Boy, oh boy, am I friendly! I have the finest cream and white coat, and the sweetest pink nose. I truly am the life of the party. I enjoy being pet, brushed, and snuggled. I will roll around and meow until you notice me. As long as I am by your side, I will be as happy as can be. Everyone at Sheltering Hands is head-over-heels in love with me!
