Hey there! I’m Mazda — yes, like the car, but I’ve got a way cooler story. I got my name because one day I was running around outside PetSmart in Lady Lake, and I got so scared that I crawled underneath the engine of a Mazda for safety. But don’t worry, I’m all settled now and ready to find my forever home! My foster mom calls me a chatterbox and a purr bunny. I just love to talk! I’ve got a lot to say, and I’ll happily chat your ear off while I’m getting attention. Oh, and when it’s mealtime, get ready for the funniest thing ever — I actually cry while I eat! It’s like my own special little noise I make while I enjoy my food. And trust me, I’m not picky — I’ll eat just about anything! I can’t get enough of human contact. I love being around people, and I’m always ready for cuddles, especially when I’m tired. When I’m feeling playful, I’m all about playing fetch with a small toy mouse. I’ll bring it back to you every time! But just so you know, I’m not a fan of sharing my toys. They're mine and I’m not afraid to let you know. Oh, and I’m not a fan of enclosed spaces or being ignored for too long. I’m an attention-loving, energetic little guy, and I thrive when I’m with my people. If you’re looking for a sweet, playful, chatty, and very affectionate companion, I think I might be your perfect match.
